Wheel Balancing Clips

With our in-house capability of generating drawings, models and designing tools we can cater to your custom clips requirements in addition to standard wheel balancing clips.

Our wheel balancing clips are manufactured from SAE 1050 / 1055 / 1060 / 1070. After stamping and quality check they are Austempered to 44-48 HRC hardness by vendors registered under ISO 9001, ASM, AIAG. This is followed by electroplating where variety of coatings are applied to meet Customer specifications and salt spray testing done to check rusting hours. After all this processes, quality control checks are done using sophisticated SQC techniques to ensure only quality products leave our doors. This is followed by innovative packaging to reduce shipping costs to a minimum. Each containers are clearly identified with Clip type, Lot number, Average piece weight, Quantity, Net weight and Gross weight.

Wheel Weight Machines

At VTK Wheel Clips we go above and beyond to meet our Customer requirements. We understand that our Customers require new equipment to either replace their existing machines by upgrading to latest technology or new Customers who might be interested in starting up their manufacturing setup in the wheel balancing weights. We understand that there is a shift of wheel balancing business from traditional clip on wheel balancing weights to the stick on type wheel balancing technology and want our Customers to have an competitive edge in the market place. We also carry and can manufacture different varieties of stick on weights with our Customers logos in order to have a larger market share. We can provide with just the segments or complete weights with adhesive tape.

Other Accessories

We understand the challenges faced by our Customers in wheel balancing weights and hence provide accessories required to assist them.Some of the accessories we currently carry are:

– Rolling machines to remove burrs from zinc weights. This machine is operated by compressed air and has revolutions of 55 revolutions per minute to remove unnecessary burry in zinc wheel balancing weights.
